My story

Building Futures

As a retired educator, status of a civil servant, with over thirty years of experience in adult education, I remain passionate about continuing to empower vocational trainees and helping them unlock their full potential. I worked for the Ministry of Education at the Centre National de Formation Professionnelle in Esch-sur-Alzette, where I guided individuals toward achieving their professional goals. Additionally, I spent over ten years teaching at the Penitentiary Centre in Schrassig, working with a diverse range of learners in unique circumstances.

Throughout my career, I found deep satisfaction in facilitating both personal and professional growth. My focus has always been on helping individuals overcome challenges such as job placement and skills development, while fostering their confidence and competence. I strongly believe that education is a transformative tool for change, and I remain dedicated to supporting those who seek to improve their futures through learning.

But wait, there’s more!

In addition to my extensive experience in adult education, I am deeply committed to intercultural matters, diversity, and communication in corporate environments. Effective communication between staff members, fostering understanding, and promoting company growth through diversity and coaching are key areas of focus for me.

With profound knowledge in supporting staff from diverse backgrounds, particularly those coming from abroad, I offer targeted assistance in adapting to new environments. As a certified intercultural trainer and diversity management expert (IKUD Institut Göttingen), I bring specialized expertise in communication (Friedemann von Schulz Institut, Hamburg) and diversity management. My experience also has included coordinating Erasmus+ projects for a municipality and helping managing EU-funded programs like the Asylum, Migration, and Integration Fund. These roles have enriched my understanding of cultural integration, communication, and building cohesive, inclusive teams.
